Sep 30: CoRover AI, creator of BharatGPT and India’s Conversational Agentic AI company, has been declared the sole winner of the national Government RFP for Agentic AI issued under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology/ National e-Governance Division.
The selection process witnessed intense competition with participation from over 80 leading companies including Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Tata Consultancy Services, NEC, Kyndryl , Jio Haptik, Fractal, Gnani, BDO, and CoRover.
Following technical and commercial evaluation, only six companies – CoRover, TCS, Kyndryl, NEC, Cactus Technology Solutions, and Innefu Labs – were empanelled for pan-India AI implementation across Central and State Government Ministries, Departments and PSUs.
CoRover.ai secured the highest technical score and emerged L1 in commercial bidding, making it the sole selected partner for the Unified AI Assistant & Bot platform.
The implementation will commence with DigiLocker and will subsequently scale to a couple hundred government departments, where AI Agents will be created and deployed using CoRover’s sovereign AI platform on behalf of the Government of India.
This win is a testament to India’s sovereign AI capabilities, partnering with NeGD to bring secure, multilingual, human-centric Agentic AI to every citizen.
