Pune, Sep 25: Bringing over 18 years of experience across India’s leading luxury and premium hospitality brands, Dushyant Mishra has been appointed as the Director of Operations at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park. In his new role, Dushyant will oversee the hotel’s day-to-day operations, with a focus on service excellence, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
Dushyant brings a strong track record of leadership across Grand Hyatt, Taj Hotels, Hyatt Regency, Marriott, Hilton and Movenpick, with expertise spanning multi-property operations, food and beverage, pre-openings, P&L management and team development. His career has been marked by a consistent focus on building high-performing teams and driving business growth while maintaining strong service standards.
Prior to joining The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, Dushyant served as Corporate General Manager at Shilton Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars and catering operations across Bengaluru, Coorg and Chikmagalur. He has also held leadership positions at Grand Hyatt Kochi and Hyatt Regency Pune, contributing to large-scale operations and the development of new hospitality concepts.
