Appointment of Mr. Vivek Patel as the Non – Executive Independent Director:  The Company has strengthened its Board with the appointment of Mr. Vivek Patel as an Independent Director. With over a decade of executive leadership experience spanning strategic management and corporate governance, Mr. Patel brings expertise in areas such as institutional governance, policy oversight, budgeting, risk management and long-term strategic planning.

  • Appointment of Mr. Ankit Shah as the Chief Financial Officer: Mr. Ankit Shah has been elevated and appointed as a Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 15 years of experience across transaction advisory, corporate restructuring, M&A, taxation and regulatory matters. A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Shah has worked with listed companies, multinational corporations and private equity clients across manufacturing, technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, logistics and energy. He has been associated with the Company for the past one and a half years as Financial Controller.
  • Listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE): The Company commenced trading on the National Stock Exchange on 16 July 2026, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth journey. The NSE listing is expected to enhance liquidity, broaden the investor base, improve price discovery, and strengthen the company's visibility in the capital markets.
  • Strengthening Semiconductor Innovation: The Company, in collaboration with Silicon University, secured the selection of two research papers at IEEE MWSCAS 2026, reinforcing its commitment to advancing Silicon Carbide (SiC) semiconductor research and fostering industry-academia collaboration for next-generation power electronics applications.
  • Expanding Presence in the Railway Sector: The company showcased its latest railway power electronics solutions at RailTrans Expo 2026. The event further strengthened RIR's engagement with India's rapidly evolving railway infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Global Business Expansion: Building on its recent momentum, the Company continues to strengthen its international footprint following its first overseas order for 120 units of 125 mm 5kV SCR thyristors, reinforcing the global competitiveness of its semiconductor products.
