New Delhi, Oct 05: Punjab National Bank, one of nation’s Public Sector Banks, has announced the launch of its festive retail loan campaign – ‘PNB Utsav Festivities 2026’ – Celebrate Dreams, Celebrate Life, offering a range of special benefits on its retail loan product.
The campaign is designed to make it easier for customers to turn their festive aspirations into reality, with attractive benefits across Home Loans, Car Loans, Mortgage Loans, Personal Loans and other retail credit products.

Customers can avail the following special benefits during the campaign period:
- Home Loans
- Full waiver of upfront/processing/Documentation fees.
- 5 bps concession on Home Loan.
- Full waiver of takeover charges on eligible Home Loan takeover cases.
- Car Loans
- Full waiver of upfront/processing fees.
- Mortgage Loans
- 10 bps concession on Mortgage Loans, including Top-up Loans, for existing PNB Home Loan borrowers.
- Loan Against Property
- PNB will bear NEC/Legal and Valuation charges up to ₹15,000, excluding GST, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
- Home Loan Takeover
- PNB will bear NEC/Legal and Valuation charges up to ₹15,000, excluding GST, for eligible Home Loan takeover cases of ₹25 lakh and above.
