Bengaluru, July 23: For decades, restaurants have guarded the inspiration behind their dishes as closely as their reputation. PHURR is doing the opposite. To mark the launch of its new menu, the Bengaluru restaurant has unveiled Now Copy This, an OOH-led campaign that invites people to explore the ingredients and flavour combinations behind some of PHURR's most-loved dishes and create their own interpretations at home.

At the heart of the campaign is a bold message displayed across outdoor billboards: NOW COPY THIS. Curious passersby are directed to a dedicated website where PHURR offers a closer look at the ingredients and flavour combinations behind a selection of its signature dishes, alongside newer creations from its latest menu, including favourites such as Poriyal Kofta Malabar Curry and Teen Mirch Ka Paneer Tikka.
It's a bold move for a restaurant that continues to draw full houses across its Bengaluru outlets. In an industry where the thinking behind a dish is often kept under lock and key, PHURR is choosing openness over exclusivity, believing that what makes people return isn't simply a list of ingredients, but the experience and hospitality that bring each dish to life.
Restaurants have spent decades protecting recipes as the secret to their success. Recipes can be learnt, and recreated. What cannot be replicated is the hospitality, culture and emotion that transform a meal into an experience. Now Copy This is an invitation to rethink what makes a restaurant truly original. As part of the campaign rollout, PHURR has installed outdoor billboards near its two Bengaluru outlets in Jayanagar, near GRT Jewellers and Indiranagar, 100ft Road, inviting the city to look a little closer at the ingredients and flavour combinations behind some of its most-loved dishes.
The campaign accompanies the launch of PHURR's latest menu, which explores regional Indian flavours through a contemporary vegetarian lens, alongside a new beverage programme inspired by everyday moments in Bengaluru, from the city's first rains and café culture to its bustling traffic and vibrant nightlife.
“A menu should evolve with the restaurant behind it. Over the last two years, PHURR has grown into something much bigger than we imagined, and we felt the menu needed to reflect who we are today. Rather than making small additions, we chose to start with a clean slate and refine every little element needed to make it feel more PHURR. We've never believed that recipes alone make a great restaurant. Every dish carries the people, memories and experiences that shape it. With Now Copy This, we're inviting people to look beyond the finished plate and explore the ingredients and flavour combinations behind some of our signature dishes," says Rahul Lunawat, Co-Founder, PHURR.
Rolling out across outdoor digital platforms throughout July, Now Copy This invites diners to look beyond the finished plate, celebrating the creativity and curiosity that inspire great vegetarian cooking.
