Gurugram, 03 November 2026: Infinity Experiences, a global certification and curation authority for extraordinary experiences and hotels, has announced two key leadership appointments. Prashanth Kumar joins as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO), while Apoorav Pawar joins as Head of Brand, Portfolio & Growth. The appointments bring together extensive hospitality experience and expertise in premium products, portfolio strategy and growth as the company develops its curated collection and membership proposition.
Together, Prashanth Kumar and Apoorav Pawar bring complementary expertise across hospitality operations, membership programmes, premium products and brand growth. Their appointments will support Infinity Experiences as it strengthens its operational capabilities, expands its curated portfolio and builds a distinctive membership proposition for discerning travellers.
Prashanth Kumar appointed as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Bringing over 25 years of global hospitality experience, Prashanth Kumar joins Infinity Experiences with expertise across hotel operations, brand development and loyalty programmes. He began his career at the Brown Palace in Denver and went on to lead operations at Novotel Hyderabad, Hyderabad International Convention Centre, Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad and ibis Gurgaon, where he contributed to developing the ibis brand standard for India. He subsequently built Sobha’s hospitality vertical in Dubai and spent around 11 years in senior leadership roles at Accor Plus.
Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at TLC DigiTech Pvt Ltd, overseeing a 750-person operation across India, Kenya and Sri Lanka. His career spans international markets, including India, the United States, New Zealand, Switzerland and Dubai. He has also pursued hospitality management and leadership programmes at the Glion Institute of Higher Education and Cornell University.
At Infinity Experiences, Prashanth will lead operations, focusing on expansion into new geographies and categories, strengthening international partnerships and delivering the Infinity Membership Promise. Drawing on his experience in hospitality operations and membership programmes, he will help ensure that the experiences certified by Infinity deliver on the standards promised to members.
Apoorav Pawar appointed as Head of Brand, Portfolio & Growth
Apoorav Pawar joins Infinity Experiences from American Express India, where he worked across premium credit card products and lending. During his tenure, he lead the Platinum Reserve, Platinum Travel, EMI and other card products, building experience across product strategy, portfolio development and customer engagement.
Before American Express, Apoorav held roles at RBL Bank, Indus Towers Limited and DishTV, gaining experience in portfolio management, business strategy and new product development. He holds an MBA from IIM Indore and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
At Infinity Experiences, Apoorav will lead brand, portfolio and growth, with a focus on how the collection is assembled, positioned and presented to discerning travellers. His responsibilities will also span membership growth and strategies to attract, engage, activate and retain members and partners. His experience in premium product development and portfolio management will support the company's efforts to build a distinctive proposition for a global audience.
