Over the years, Mexico has seen a growing MSME ecosystem and in turn, an increasing demand for professional financial and accounting services. Given its economic growth in this direction and a strong alignment with North American business operations, Mexico has emerged as a key market for MYCPE ONE.

The expansion is also driven by the rising global demand for nearshore accounting and finance talent solutions.

“Mexico represents a strategically important market for us because it combines talent quality, geographic proximity to the US, and strong bilingual capabilities. For US-based accounting firms, the ability to work with teams operating in nearly identical time zones creates significant operational efficiency and collaboration advantages, our Mexico operations will help address a growing demand among US accounting firms seeking scalable, technology-enabled support teams that can operate with minimal time-zone gaps and seamless English and Spanish communication capabilities,” said Shalin Parikh, Co-founder, MYCPE ONE.

At the initial stage, the company will focus on Tax, Accounting, and Assurance services in the region. Over a period of time, it will gradually expand into additional service domains as operations scale.

"Across India and the Philippines, we currently deploy close to 3,000 professionals for our clients. Mexico adds a third geography to that network and our target is 200 professionals deployed within the first 12 months. The initial workforce will primarily support Tax and Accounting functions, with plans to expand based on client demand. Yes, Mexico comes at a higher cost compared to India and the Philippines, but for firms that need US time-zone coverage, Spanish-language capability, and proximity to Latin American clients, that trade-off makes sense. This completes a tri-geography model that allows firms to build global teams around their specific operational, language, and time-zone requirements. Argentina is next on our radar in Latin America" said Parikh.

Parallel to its global expansion, MYCPE ONE has 40+ offices in over 20 Indian cities and also plans to deepen its footprint across nation, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, where it sees significant talent availability and long-term growth potential.

The company maintains SOC 2 Type II certification, ISO 27001 compliance, and GDPR readiness as part of its global service delivery framework.
