Mumbai, Nov 03: Some festivals arrive quietly. Diwali at Eve arrives the way it does in most homes: a little early, a little extravagant, and impossible to ignore. This November, Eve Santacruz embraces the festive spirit with an elaborate floral transformation, warm ambient lighting, a specially curated Diwali menu, and a little something sweet waiting at the entrance. From 3rd to 21st November, the restaurant brings together the colors, flavors, and familiar comforts of the season, with an added festive experience for guests over three special days.

Diwali Shenanigans at Eve | Festive Décor, Curated Menu & Meethi Elaichi Experience

The festive experience begins even before guests step through the doors. The entrance is adorned with floral installations, cane baskets, and rich red and mustard-gold drapes, setting the tone for the celebrations. Lanterns and candles illuminate the steps, while overhead, cane lamps are accented with cascading marigolds and white blooms, creating a warm, welcoming entrance. Inside, the festive transformation continues. The book-lined staircase is adorned with red and gold drapes, marigold strands, and delicate crystal detailing along the railings, complemented by floral lamps overhead. Candlelit shelves add to the warmth, while the bar takes on a festive character of its own, with rich-toned drapes framing the space against a soft amber glow.

Complementing the festive décor is a specially curated Diwali menu, available from 3rd to 21st November. The selection brings together familiar favorites and indulgent flavors, beginning with Eve Croquettes, golden and crisp with a creamy filling, and Chilli Basil Cottage Cheese, featuring soft paneer tossed in a fiery sauce with fresh basil. Butter Garlic Prawns add a rich, flavorful touch, while the Cream Cheese Chicken and Brick-Pressed Chicken, crisp on the outside and juicy within, make for satisfying additions to the spread. For those who enjoy a little heat, the Mapo Tofu with Burnt Garlic Rice brings a Sichuan-inspired flavor profile to the festive table.

The dessert selection offers an indulgent finish to the celebrations. The Rasmalai Tres Leches brings together the richness of the classic milk-soaked dessert with familiar Indian mithai flavours, while the Gianduja Mousse offers a velvety combination of chocolate and hazelnut. Together, they make for a fittingly indulgent end to a festive meal.

A Little Something Sweet: Eve x Meethi Elaichi - Diwali has always been a little sweeter when someone arrives with a box of mithai. Bringing that familiar festive tradition to Eve, the restaurant is collaborating with Meethi Elaichi for a special three-day tasting and gifting experience. From 6th to 8th November, a specially curated teal-and-gold Meethi Elaichi cart will be stationed at Eve's entrance, inviting guests to pause, sample, and discover the brand's contemporary take on traditional Indian sweets.

The selection will feature an assortment of distinctive creations, including Aam Badaam Mithai Macaroon, Coconut Red Velvet Laddoo, Coffee Almond Burfi, Walnut Burfi, and guests can explore the assortment and pick up thoughtfully packaged boxes to take home or gift to loved ones.

In Their Words

Sneha Sharma, Vice President – Marketing, Monarch Liberty Hospitality:

“For us, Diwali has always been about the feeling of walking into a place that has been waiting for you. We wanted our guests to experience that warmth right from the entrance to their last bite of dessert. Bringing a special ‘Meethi Elaichi X Eve’ cart to our doorstep felt like a natural extension of that thought. Partnering with Meethi Elaichi allows us to add a personal, festive touch to the experience, while bringing back a tradition that is so familiar to all of us.”

Co-founder Manoj Gopalani and Abhir Dhawan shares :

“Mithai is always best enjoyed when shared, and that is the spirit we wanted to bring to Eve. A space that brings people together over good food and memorable experiences felt like a natural fit for us. Having our cart at the entrance, surrounded by festive décor, allows guests to discover our creations, pick up something for someone they love, and take a little sweetness home with them. We're delighted to be part of Eve's Diwali celebrations and add our own little touch of sweetness to the experience.
