New Delhi, 03 November 2026: Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Cozzet Grand Jagatpura, a 90-key greenfield hotel in Jaipur, as part of its ongoing expansion in the premium economy hospitality segment. The property is scheduled to open in 2028 and will be fifth hotel in the pink city for Cygnett.
Located in Jagatpura, an emerging residential and commercial area of Jaipur, the upcoming hotel will cater to business travellers, leisure guests and visitors travelling to the city for professional and personal engagements. The development reflects Cygnett's strategy of expanding branded accommodation in growing urban markets where commercial activity, infrastructure development and rising travel demand are creating opportunities for organised hospitality.
The hotel will feature 90 contemporary rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, bar and gymnasium. Developed under the Cozzet Grand brand, the property will focus on providing modern accommodation, efficient service and essential facilities for travellers seeking quality hospitality at accessible price points.
