November 2nd 2026: BikeWo Green Tech Limited (“BikeWo”) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Eden Green Energy Private Limited to explore collaborative opportunities in electric mobility, sustainable mechanisation and next-generation transportation solutions. By combining their respective strengths, both companies aim to identify emerging business opportunities and strengthen their presence across India's evolving electric mobility landscape.
Through this partnership, the companies intend to explore opportunities across electric vehicle fleet solutions, vehicle leasing, charging infrastructure, workforce management, rider management and operational services. The collaboration will leverage BikeWo's capabilities in vehicle leasing, infrastructure development, business development and EV opportunity identification, alongside Eden Green Energy's expertise in workforce management, rider management and operational coordination.
This partnership is expected to provide a collaborative platform for identifying emerging business opportunities, addressing evolving customer requirements and exploring commercially viable electric mobility solutions. Both companies intend to work together to develop and scale initiatives that support sustainable transportation and contribute to the broader adoption of electric vehicles.
