Kochi, 13 October 2026: Aster Medcity has launched the Aster OneDi Chartered feeder service in partnership with Kleen Smart Bus Limited (KSBL) and the OneDi Unified Mobility Platform, making daily travel easier for its staff, patients and visitors. The service was flagged off by T. J. Vinod, MLA, Ernakulam, and Biju Isaac, RTO Enforcement, Ernakulam. Six air-conditioned buses, each with a seating capacity of 40, will be introduced in a phased manner.
Meant for the Aster community, the feeder service is open to all staff, patients, visitors and others associated with Aster Medcity. Buses will run from Monday to Saturday, every 20 minutes from the Aster campus to metro stations and bus stations, with connections to Cheranalloor, Edappally, Kalamassery, Vyttila and North Paravoor.
The feeder service is backed by the AI-powered OneDi intelligent transport management system. A passenger information system displays real-time bus arrivals and departures on screens installed across the Aster campus, helping commuters plan their journeys and save time. Passenger information screens have also been installed inside the buses.
Tickets can be booked digitally through the OneDi app, available on the App Store and Google Play Store. Multiple journeys can be booked together, and weekly and monthly passes are also available.
